January ESOA Meeting and Cold Spring Project

Just wanted to let everyone know that the next ESOA meeting will be held on Tuesday January 8th at 6:30pm at Sparky's Ultra Lounge.

Also we have re-scheduled the Cold Spring service project for Sunday, January 13 at noon, weather permitting. The focus of the work day will be landscaping and brush removal, bring some work gloves and any tools you may have (shovel, rake, loppers, etc.). I'll post some detailed directions as we get closer to the work date.

Cheers,
Nick

ESOA On-line Message Board

Hello Everyone-
The Eureka Springs Outdoor Alliance has set-up this BLOG (web-log) for us to use as an online message board. Hopefully we can utilize this for giving detailed info about ESOA service projects, social events and any other outdoor related information.
Also, ESOA members can post messages for everyone to see and comment on. Here is an example, if you are wanting to go on a float trip, post a message on the blog and check back for comments from folks that are interested in getting together for a float trip. This can be a great tool for us to keep in touch and build the outdoor community in the Eureka Springs area.
I hope that this venue proves to be useful. We will try it for awhile and if we like it we'll keep it going, if not we'll try something else.
Happy Holidays,
Nick Cross
